Imagine that I came from a background where you learned to save money and, sometimes, to starve, just to be able later on, in several years, to buy a home with cash [the old way]. THE BANK advised us to take a 40 year mortgage for the 160.000 that we were “allowed” and that meant 1.200$ / [...] No more “I have to pay the mortgage”!
